Reservation Deposit:

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to assure suitable accommodations. We require a deposit of two nights rent (1st and last day) on all reservations which must be received within 8 days from time reservation is made unless reserved on credit card. Reservation will be canceled if payment is not receiced in time. BALANCE OF RESERVATION IS DUE ON ARRIVAL. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT ON ALL DAYS RESERVED. BOUNCED CHECKS: There will be a $30.00 charge per check.

Security Deposit:

Credit Card will act as Security Deposit. You must have credit card number at time of reservation. Visa or Mastercard only. No debit cards. No charges if:

All contents are accounted for.
Cabin is left in satisfactory condition and there is no damage to contents or cabin.

We Accept:

NO DEBIT CARDS.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
There is a $50 accounting fee for any cancellation.

Other Notes:

Only one pet/cabin unless ok'd by owner.
Each Pet is $15 a day.
Pets found in NO PET Cabins:
1. You will be asked to leave.
2. Security Deposit will be charged $200.
Smoking in ANY CABIN:

Cabins & Rates

Most cabins are lake side, ranging from 40 yards to 300 yards to the lake. See cabins and descriptions below.

All cabins are clean, heated, and have gas ranges & refrigerators.
Blankets, linens, dishes and cooking utensils are furnished.
Fireplaces and/or wood stoves available in some cabins.
We provide picnic tables, barbecue grills and have a playground.
Some pet friendly cabins (addl $15/night/pet)
No air conditioner - you don't need it up here.
No phones in cabins.
FREE WiFi, XM Radio & Satellite.

NO SMOKING: All cabins are non-smoking. (Smoking outside is OK.)
